Welcome to the Glassworks

At the beginning of the 19th century, Gaillac was a port with significant traffic and this building was the second most important glassworks in Tarn. Subsequently, the war put an end to this flourishing momentum and caused the activity to cease. A potter settled and left behind a magnificent wall that you can still admire. La Verrerie was taken over until 1997 by various commercial activities before being finally rehabilitated into a hotel with 14 rooms and a restaurant. Come stay in this little corner of paradise.
